As an early childhood professional, I must provide my professional services to the children who need it. Nurturing and teaching a young child is a difficult task but it is my responsibility to provide teaching services to the children without question. As a professional, experienced early childhood teacher, I have to be ready to be flexible and always available to provide knowledge to the children (Elango, Garcia, Heckman, & Hojam, 2015). I have to be prepared to guide the children to the right part since their first education programs prepare them for the rest remaining years of their education. I have to share look for new experience to share with the children. To connect with the children I have assumed I am not a teacher but instead; try to be a friend to understand them and their difficulties.

During lessons, I have to be part of the learning process and let the children answer questions instead of answering for them. By being a part of the learning process, I will learn with the children and share experiences with them. I will have to be interesting by including items the children love into the learning process. I will have to make and give time for the children to play since playing makes the children active and they will be able to learn faster. I have to be ready to communicate to the parents, children, the school staff and also the administrators on issues related to the learning progress of the children and if any changes have to be made (Bedel, 2015). I am patient and, therefore, a major requirement when teaching young kids. Patience is an essential factor is childhood teaching since children have different learning abilities (Bedel, 2015). The children have to be taught until they all understand then teaching can progress. I have strong management skills. The skill gives me the ability to manage lesson planning, paperwork, preparing materials and also maintain the environment where the children conduct their lessons. The skills enable me to manage my time well. I also have organizational skills (Bedel, 2015). This allows me to always be organized in my work. I can organize the classroom where the children learn and also make class arrangements. I highly give attention to details. I will able to recognize any changes in the children learning and behavior. I also take note of what interest the children and makes them learn faster.

Being committed is also one of my strengths (Bedel, 2015). I take my early childhood profession seriously. I take all the teaching responsibilities, and I will not step out when faced with challenges during my profession. I am always there to teach and nurture the children. I also have excellent communication skills. It is essential to communicate to the children effectively for a teacher to understand a student. Effective communication creates a healthy relationship between the teacher and the child. I am also flexible. I adapt to any change easily, and therefore I can understand the children and do right by them.

Managing time is one of my weakness. I fail to keep time when it comes to teaching or whenever the children have playing breaks due to their excitement expression. Failing to manage time makes it difficult to follow the day to day program. Also, I easily get emotionally attached to the children which may impair my judgment. This is because I may fail to correct the children effectively when a mistake is made.

I have taken early childhood course due to many reasons. First, I love children, and I want to be part of their developing process. Although children may wild, they are friendly, and they have an interest in learning. I want to advocate for early childhood initiatives and resources. I want to advocate for the children's need mainly in their education section. I want the children to get the best learning resources, the best education system and best experiences and recreation activities that improve their learning abilities. Children education is of great importance to me. Providing learning experiences to the children is one of my great interests. It is my passion to teach children, guide them on the right part and provide the required knowledge for their development. I also want to understand the early learning process for children. I want to know the necessary tools that help children have an interest in learning and even the tools that benefit them both emotionally and mentally. Finally, I aim to learn the relationship building skills. I want to have a healthy bond between the children this will make me understand them better thus providing the knowledge at the necessary pace for their full understanding and me.

I believe teaching children is essential since it contributes to the development of the child. Teaching requires courage, knowledge, and passion for performing teaching duties fully. Children need the necessary education and teachers are mainly responsible for providing them with the required education. Teaching is not only about giving lessons and knowledge. It entails having a healthy relationship with the children and guiding them to be better in the future. Early childhood professionals, therefore, have to do as much as possible to advocate for children's education and teach the children for the children to receive the best education.

My goals and objectives on early childhood education include providing an environment where the children will feel safe, happy, confident, and interested in education, encouraging developing skills and attitudes for effective learning, and improving children's self-esteem and the urge for success. Also, I aim to promote creativity in children and provide quality teaching and knowledge to enable children to achieve high performance. I aim at achieving my goals by next year January after I complete this course.

When children are subjected to a friendly and caring environment, they will fill safe and happy thus improving their confidence and interest in education (Elango, Garcia, Heckman, & Hojam, 2015). A safe environment will keep the children calm, and they will trust their teachers hence creating healthy bonds between them. Showing the children care, respect, protection against dangerous equipment and protection from their worst fears help them focus on their education without any worry. A safe environment can be achieved by improving class architecture, the environment architecture such as fences and gates and also encouraging the children that they are safe since they have the teachers' protection. I aim at encouraging developing skills and attitudes by giving them duties and responsibilities in classrooms, as well as, enabling the children to work in groups during classwork, hence, improving their skills. Also being trustworthy mill make the children develop positive attitudes.

Improving children’s self-esteem and confidence is very important. How children view and express themselves influences how they develop both mentally and emotionally. Improving self-confidence and courage on children can be done by encouraging the children to do what they love and support them. Encourage what they enjoy such as dancing, art, singing and many others. Creating talent shows where children can present what they love improves their self-esteem and courage. Providing praise on the children's performance is a crucial factor. When answering questions the children giving them praises such as letting other students applause he or she improves their self-esteem and courage, and they will continue to offer to try answering on questions provided. Positive self- esteem will improve children's performance in school.

Encouraging creativity in children is essential. Creativity in children improves their mental thinking (Edwards & Gandini, 2018). Creativity can be stimulated by introducing creativity activities such as presenting the children to molding, drawing and other activities. Creating time where children are encouraged to create anything from clay, or other materials also improve creativity in school. Providing quality teaching and knowledge to children so they can achieve good grades is essential (Edwards & Gandini, 2018). This can be done by proving reading and writing materials which contributes to the success of the child. Involving the child in teaching is also crucial. This enables the children to understand better. Also providing the necessary equipment such as pens, books, and textbooks that help children have better learning process hence contributing to good performance.

Early childhood teaching course is exciting. I used to provide reading materials such as textbooks, pens and writing materials to students in various schools before I took this course. Now I have fulfilled my passion because I am a teacher of a pre-school where I teach young children who are starting their education life. This course has enabled me to understand the children better. I do my best to provide the children with the necessary knowledge and always encourage them to be active in classrooms. I have learned a lot from this course which will enable me to further achieve my goals as a childhood professional. I aim to finish this course by next year January, and in addition to teaching, I want to advocate on children education. I want to ensure that all learning equipment and services are always available for the children hence improving their learning process thus creating a good performance in pre-schools.
