Your Name (Leave This Part Out)
Your Geographic Location
My current geographical location is in Woodbridge, Virginia, USA.
An Explanation of Your Current Environment (I Live in Woodbridge USA)
The last census indicated the town supports families with more households comprising married couples, out of which the largest percentage had underage children. Also, Woodbridge is a multiracial place as we have diverse races like whites, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, and Native Americans.
An explanation of two elements in your current social environment that most influence you
One element that most influence me living in this small town is that Woodbridge is race-sensitive as people live close to one another. Also, since we have a small population, the social amenities perfectly fit as we do not have overcrowding and scrambling to access places.

A Description of How the Two Most Influential Elements Impact You
Individually, I love Woodbridge, as it a place where a neighbor gets concerns about another. The small-sized community is modeled in that the residents know everyone residing in Woodbridge, making it easier for others to inquire about another person's wellbeing. The town has taught me to racial awareness and learned to respect other races.
Part 2
Social workers' work involves working with individuals, so having a grasp of humans' behavior is vital for an individual to effectively do their job. Knowing the human species' behavior helps these practitioners understand their clientele, and all these results in assessments that are better in regards to their clients' needs (Zastrow, Kirst-Ashman & Hessenauer, 2019). We are social animals, which calls for a deeper understanding of human behavior to know how to deal with people with different values and beliefs. HBSE is unique from other behavioral and social sciences because it involves dealing with human issues and emotions with much deeper roots (Zastrow, Kirst-Ashman & Hessenauer, 2019). Generally, HBSE focuses on a person's environment and investigates how it affects them, for example, mastery of psychology in human
behavior and emotions. Thus, social workers will interpret cues that individuals emit hence putting them in a better position to judge different characters. HBSE is essential because the forces that influence human beings run deep within, which drive behavior and work without people's awareness (Van Wormer, 2017). Therefore, social workers studying humans' behavior can better provide solutions to them and society at large.
Given that HBSE advocates for the community's wellbeing, it helps social workers work toward realizing socio-economic justice. Also, HBSE, as a human-based approach, enables people in society to improve social interaction and fosters healthy relationships. HBSE allows individuals to be conscious of their environment, leading to respect and value of human diversity. HBSE also enable social workers to determine the cause of a specific behavior in one's life course by observing the behavioral patterns. Importantly HBSE utilizes evidence-based knowledge to provide solutions to factors that limit human social aspects.
