Health and Wellness is a contemporary concern in societies due to the prevalence of diseases. I chose the topic of health and wellness due to my passion for helping individuals live healthy and successful lives. I will synthesize information to present to my audience by prioritizing activities and various details they need to manage their daily lives to achieve good health and wellness. I would prioritize information about the importance of healthy feeding, involving in exercise and engaging in social activities to maintain their health and wellness.
I want my group to know that they are in control of their health and wellness; hence they should strive to maintain them regardless of their conditions. I also want my group to know that they should start doing things differently by preferring activities that the secure their health and wellness such as regular medical examinations to suppress diseases as explained by Goetzel at al. (2014). Consequently, the group needs to know that health and wellness is a continuous process that requires dedication for the desired results. Hence, they should strictly observe their schedules such as exercise, taking water and attending groups to boost their health. Further, I would want my audience to know that they can also participate in spreading information about health and wellness to enlighten people around them how to manage their medical and emotional conditions to evade depression.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
I would share the information with other members during our weekly presentations that are attended by all the members. Additionally, I would record the presentation and post it in my social media pages so that members of the group and other people can access it for individual inspiration as emphasized by Passey et al. (2018). Besides the social media pages, I will book radio shows where I will discuss various details about health and wellness to enable the public to equip themselves against such conditions.
