I agree with the fact that emotional intelligence comes as the most affirmative theory that accurately define intelligence. In this connection, emotional intelligence is tested on the capability of a person to perceive process and regulate information that comes with emotions either within an individual or the behavioral connection with other individuals. The fact that the understanding of emotional intelligence sets a platform for an excellent corporate culture, especially in a competitive work environment that is dominated a variety of personalities outlines the essence of outspoken creativity and innovations that come with the theory of intelligence. Fundamentally, the ideology of self-regulation makes emotional intelligence a powerful tool for adapting to current situations that require prompt solutions. The capability of an individual to manage disruptive emotions and come up with prompts alternatives to fixing problem in real life scenarios outlines the significance of emotional intelligence.

I consider emotional intelligence as quite supreme in comparison with other theories of intelligence based on the fact that it demystifies the capability of a person to self-motivate. Consequently, given the perception of complex realities that requires people to embrace the culture of motivation in the current economy, it is quite conclusive to note that the tendency to become a goal oriented outlines the supremacy of emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence conceptualizes the ideology of empathy that dwells on the ability to understand other peoples feeling. In this connection, a person stands a better chance of positively influencing various personalities both at a personal level and even in the workplace environment. Ultimately, the essence of social skills that is required in any work environment makes emotional intelligence a significant theory of understanding emotions. The fact that a person can read minds establishes a solid foundation for building a rapport both at a personal level and any given social setting.
