What I plan on achieving my professional goals is not to be the most popular CPES or ELWYN in California but to be competent and skilled and empathetic when taking care of developmentally individuals by grooming and taking care of their hygiene. I do not want to claim that I know everything about everything, but I want humble and teachable to achieve my main. My primary objective is to obtain a position with an organization that promotes growth and allows me to display knowledge, compassion, consistency, and reliability.
I am an example of a leader who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way to influence others, contribute to group efforts in and out of school and help in resolving disputes. Some of the places which I have practiced leadership roles include pharmacy health club, Nigerian Association of Microbiology students, Nigerian Red Cross, and the National Youth Service Corps. Some of my leadership skills which inspire other to work include communication skills, awareness, integrity, commitment, empathy, and ethical decision-making capacities among others.

Some of the specialties in which I would like to be acknowledgeable in and take that knowledge with me include the following: Observing day-to-day activities that ensure the attainment of their program plan as a caregiver (DSP). Also making the clients beds, clean their rooms, and ensure they take their medication adhering strictly to the five R's, ensuring that they receive the right dose of the Right medication to the Right individual through the Right route at the Right time. Additionally, I would participate in transporting clients for doctor appointments and recreational activities and recording day-to-day operations and accurately document any incidents. I have been able to gain knowledge by working as a volunteer to empower and educate other people. I believe that proper implementing good leadership skill will enable me to achieve my professional goals.
