The three meting Minutes I chose for this assignment includes, one for Approved Monument Academy Board of Directors regular meeting held on January 10, 2019, The Super High School, School Site Council Meeting held on November 15, 2018 and that of The Mulberry Primary School Minutes of Governing Body Meeting held on Thursday September 27 2018. This paper will analyze the effectiveness, strengths and weaknesses of the three Minutes.
Effectiveness
All the three minutes have the basic contents of an effective minute, which includes the attendance lists, agenda and discussion. These parts form the basic components of a minute as the meeting agenda are well documented, and every agenda discussed noted. The purposes of the meetings are well stated, hence the time spent on them is worth it. The relevant parties addressed every part of the sessions; therefore, the effectiveness of the meetings was paramount.

Strengths
There are various differing components of the three minutes, which depicts their strength and weaknesses. Weaknesses
