Dear Sancho
I am writing this letter to inform you of resignation from Mindalizi Inc. effective from April 16 th of 2020. Deciding to leave this company is an emotional moments because of customs and achievements we made as a community of workers in this firm. As a Mindalizi Inc. employee, I have every reason to be proud of this brand because it has given me a lot of platforms to rediscover my potential in my field and career. I also have every reason to thank the team in this company because with them came a family and new home where I could be directed and guided towards defining a better path for myself and my career.
I also would like to express my gratitude to the CEO and the management team for they stood beside me whenever I needed them. It was such great support that saw me excel in different work platform and gave me a chance to rise through the ranks to a point where I had a lot of people under my department and management. Therefore, although I have to leave this team behind to begin a new life, I have the company at heart, and I will forever be joyful for this company. I will miss the team, the family culture and the norms that had become part of my life for the last ten years that I have been part of the company.
