Problems:
The agency is losing employees.
There is a progressive drop in profits.
Some clients have complaints whereas others have not renewed their contract.
Employees have been working on overtime without compensation.
Facts and causes:
A major problem has been a drop in profits. The drop is caused by
Low quality of advertising work being done by the branch. Four clients have complained about the quality of advertisements.
Poor reviews being posted by clients on social media which has led to a reduction in of a number of customers
Low productivity due to employees working for longer hours without compensation
Impact and effects:
The branch is attempting to raise profits by taking in new clients without assessing the impact on existing projects. Intake of new clients can promote or hinder the current project.
The employees have to work extra hours and they cannot be compensated due to low revenues. However, this leads to a decrease in productivity and morale of workers.
Drop in profits has led to the posting of poor reviews on social media by clients.
Solutions

After improvement of the quality of work, encourage clients to take down poor reviews and show them good quality work so that they can post positive reviews.
