Life depends greatly on setting personal goals at all levels of life. Life motto acts like a driving force to keep moving on despite the numerous life hiccups. It is always advisable to set specific goals that serve as the blueprint and a guide in our daily activities. These goals are driven by determination, perseverance, and endurance. The life motto that inspires me to succeed at work is the desire to achieve growth rather than perfection. I will let know my future employer of the desire to grow and improve at whatever responsibility that I am tasked with at the place of work.

In my motto, I acknowledge the fact that perfection is a hard target and a goal that no one can ever achieve. However, I give myself credit whenever I make progress in my work such that I get to identify the work done over a specified period correctly. Additionally, this life motto would encourage and motivate in an acknowledgment that human beings do make mistakes. Instead, I will get to learn from my mistakes and improve my skill to complete a task in a better way in the future.
