The scores that I got represented various meanings when related to the McCrae and Costa theory. My extraversion score was high. It means that I am a very social able individual. Also, it indicates my personality as an outgoing, energetic and lively type of person. The score that I had on agreeableness was high, and thus it means that maintaining my popularity is not an issue. Moreover, people tend to like me because of my personality. However, in the theory, if your score is low in this facet, then you can be a good scientist, soldier or even critic. Conscientiousness is the way one controls his impulse ( John, 2010). The results indicated that I had a high score on this facet. According to the McCrae and Costa theory then am that person who likes setting clear goals and investing my determination to attain those goals. When one has a low score on neuroticism, then it says that the person is very calm, composed and unflappable (John, 2010).

Conscientiousness is one of the most critical factors that I will consider when hiring job applicants in my business career. According to my understanding, one of the most required skills in business is commitment. Therefore, it will be essential for me to consider that factor because I will be requiring people who are committed to achieving the goals of the company. My other factor that plays a role when picking up someone to the employee in my business career is neuroticism. It is very reasonable for pressure to exist in the workplace ( John, 2010) . People with a low score on neuroticism can handle the pressure with a lot of maturities (John, 2010) . Therefore, it will be good for me to consider that factor because when there is pressure at work, they will be able to handle the situation with a lot of ease.
