Introduction
Following the illegal use of TV cable services that are on the increase, there is a tendency of employing a team headed by the security director to help in fire inspections. Mainly, these organizations scale up their efforts to monitoring and inspecting the illegal use of TV cable services and order the appropriate punishment. Different from the fire inspection policy that is so specific and geared at preventing unauthorized access to cable services, the investigation bureau is general and looks beyond the fire matter. The investigation agency started in Singapore in the year 1952 ( Reese, 2016 ). The research bureau efficiently conducts soundings that may lead to criminal acts or corruption acts both to individual people or the public. Armed robbery, arson, homicide, kidnapping along with piracy are some cases that may call for an investigation.
Justification
Following the current scenario where the security director called me inquiring whether such inspections are vital, I found it worthy and called for to have such inspections going on. Remarkably, failure to have investigations and monitoring on how cable services are accessed and used will force most people to pirate most TV services which come with its costs such as reduction in the country revenue ( DIAMANTES, 2016 ). Also, it is vital for people to adopt the proper use of fire inspections and this is evident by its roles, functions, and responsibilities. Spreading the anti-corruption message, crime prevention, criminal identification as well as crime and scene management are some of the many roles, responsibilities, and functions performed by the investigation bureau and use of proper fire inspections.

Roles and Responsibilities
As mentioned in the introduction, the investigation bureau started in Singapore in 1952, and its primary roles and responsibilities were to spread the anti- corruption message. Under the guidance and instruction of the Prevention Corruption Act, it was authorized to examine the corruption offenses. Therefore, it is at that time that the investigation bureau has tirelessly worked with the proper fire inspection to kick out the corrupt mind out of its citizens. Additionally, the investigation bureau emphasizes public and community education to reach out to students, government agencies and teach them against corruption ( Marion & Oliver, 2015 ). It is therefore of these roles and responsibilities of bureau investigation and proper use of fire inspection that I find my justification worth considering.
Functions of Investigation Bureau
Besides the roles and responsibilities, the investigation bureau has other functions such as criminal identification, community education as well as crime and scene management. In managing the crime and scene management, it is the role of the investigation bureau to collect and gather enough information to be used as evidence. Usually, there is a lot that comes with managing a scene such as taking enough pictures or videos, trying to calm down the situation in which the scene is experienced as well as retention. Notably, these are tasks of the investigation bureau, and it has to work hard and ensure there is no relevant information missing. Also besides the scene management, the investigation bureau purposes to reach out to the community and spread the anti- corruption message. Conclusively, it is vital for all citizens to be compliant to the investigation bureau if corruption is to be eliminated in the country.
Conclusion
Finally, having given the side judgment of the above scenario, the justification, and roles, responsibilities, and functions of investigation bureau it should doubtlessly be an important point to note that such security enforcement laws and systems are essential in any country. Proper use of fire inspection and investigation bureau help to maintain security among individual people and the public by putting to halt or getting rid of rude and criminal offenses such as homicide, theft robbery, kidnapping among many others. Ultimately, these criminal offenses are avoided through criminal identification practices like monitoring peoples’ biometrics such as fingerprint comparisons, voices, and photo files which are all facilitated by the investigation bureau. As a result, criminals find rare opportunities of missing punishments and choose to rather live a criminal free life.
