Education is a competitive element for helping an individual to succeed in life. In the modern world, school is set to be achievable by people irrespective of gender or ethnicity. Education is considered to be one of the elements contributing to improvement in individual life, such as social status and health. However, the socializing process experienced at the society and family level disclosures in the school system affecting the student learning and experience. In an attempt to address this issue, schools have engaged in diversification programs where they register students from different ethnic groups. For instance, schools consist of Black Americans, Hispanics, Asians, and Whites (Leonardo, 2013). Diversification programs in education have created a chance for racism because students and teachers come from different social backgrounds. Social issues have become the main issues in education. Therefore, school systems should identify the social problems and integrate a Christian worldview to educate students, teachers, and parents on ways for minimizing social challenges.

Diversification strategies in education are facilitated by the creation of several programs that seek to create equality in the society. For instance, organizing efforts such as black lives matter in creating equality in the community, the discourse of racism is increasing in schools, and fewer attempts are employed to address this problem. Racial oppression is experienced in schools and classrooms as experienced by students in classes (Kohli, Pizarro, & Nevárez, 2017). The modern school system is diversified, including students from different ethnic groups. However, restructuring in the education system has not been created to address these issues. Teachers and students continue embracing racisms knowingly or unknowingly. Racism is socially constructed because it depends on individual experiences in childhood. The techniques learned in the community are transformed into classrooms reflected through prejudice and actions by the majority towards the minority students. This problem requires integrating Biblical views in an attempt to address discrimination and racism in the classroom.

Biblical worldview integrated into the education system to address the issue of racism as experienced in schools. Inequality and discrimination suffered originates from the views installed on children and adulthood at the individual level. However, the Biblical view is applicable in solving racism because it creates an understanding that people are equal before God. The book of John 7:24 says, “Do not judge by appearance, but judge with the right judgment (Wilson, 2011).” This information indicates that biblical views act against the decision by people to judge others based on their physical appearance, but they should consider their actions. Installation of these virtues among students, teachers, and parents will be beneficial in the education system because it will create equality and avoids activities capable of minimizing the outcomes of diversified education system.

Research on addressing racism in the education system from a biblical view will be beneficial to the entire community because students and teachers will understand and embrace equality in class and a diversified education environment (Leonardo, 2013). Research on diversification in education has focused on addressing racism in classrooms by considering the teaching methods. However, restructuring the education system has never been sent from the aspect of integrating biblical views. Biblical world view will promote the inclusion of Christian teachings in higher education programs, especially where teacher students in higher education teacher training should learn biblical aspects they need to incorporate in teaching programs.

In conclusion, racism is one of the issues causing adverse impacts on the teaching and learning process in a diversified education system. Addressing racism in schools from the biblical view will ensure that teachers break the social experience, thus treating students and teachers with equality. Students will have an opportunity to enhance education outcomes because issues of fear associated with discrimination will be minimized.
