Discussion

Relationality and interdependence would benefit women, men, and society by emboldening socialization of women and men within the community to respond to and attend to emotions in others. This benefit could be achieved through socializing both genders to be dependent on others. In this case, the skills of relationality and empathy, as well as interdependency flairs, should be encouraged. Through the encouragement of the socialization of both women and men would boost equal self-esteem within the society as far as feminine and masculine qualities are concerned. The relationality and interdependence would be of benefit to the community because of the enhancement of the women and men’s labels to become obsolete. In this case, both genders would feel equal where everybody is of much importance in society without having to depend on others. Besides, the relationality and interdependence would facilitate to spiritual reality through transcending the personal feeling of unconditional acceptance.

#2

Relationality and interdependence are indeed crucial factors that determine gender roles and their perceptions in society. There is a difference in the upbringing between boys and girls in society. In this case, genders are taught to act differently within the community as per their gender roles. Thus, as the children grow up, they adapt to the gender roles as they were taught, an act which facilitates the critical difference between the two genders. It is thus true that if the relationality could be introduced to both genders, there would be equality in terms of confidence.
