Realistically, I do not think that there is a possibility of being congruent and have the ability to extend empathy and also unconditional that is positive that is in regard to the bracket of clients in a context of psychotherapeutic ( Feist & Feist, 2008) . With that, I believe that there is a need to hold trust and the understanding to exist between the one offering counseling and the client. With the Rogerian therapy, each session would be a progress of work in laying the path to entrust each other ( Beck, Davis & Freeman, 2015) . In the cases approached, the sex offenders, parents that are dementia, and the mentally ill have challenges in dealing with them hence it is possible to have positive regard and empathy towards them.

Since there are differences between the clients, it will depend on the presented sessions for therapy in each stage offered to the client. It is paramount to understand each category of client. It will be best for the clinicians to approach the clients as per the presented category. With that, they will protect the feelings towards each other so as to easily build trust and grow relation ( Feist & Feist, 2008) . The best way for the client to open up the experience and feeling is by building trust and growing the relationship between both parties.

There are possibilities of the Rogerian Therapy to hinder the treatment offered among the different clients. With that, there is no therapy that is effectively perfect. That is the primary reason for the exploration of many ways of treating clients ( Feist & Feist, 2008) . It works on the basis of a case by case, as there are no instances into which the same clients from different categories will have a similar experience. One has his or her own uniqueness and the fact should be accepted and appreciated.
