This policy by the federal government, work towards prevention of having the children who need to be cared for at the agencies. For example, in Florida, the officials are more worried about the law that will extend a family size. The law will prevent the issue of just Mother, Father, Sisters, and Brothers (Neighbor To Family, 2019). The officials want the extended family members who can take good care and raising grandchildren and nephews nieces. The move will reduce the rising number of the children growing up at the foster kids such as 'Neighbor To Family'

How does that policy impact the delivery of and access to the services your agency provides to the client population?

Local Policy

Family law act helps in strengthening families policy and provides care at 'Neighbor To Family,' has helped in dealing with the high population. At 'Neighbor To Family,' there is a population of more than 1,155 children at a time. A total of more than 14,000 children have passed through the agency since it was founded in 1998 (Neighbor To Family, 2019) . The policies help to run the broad population at 'Neighbor To Family.' Due to the large population, there is a need for strengthening the families. At the 'Neighbor To Family,' some of the children there have left their families. Through services like training and recreation, they learn how to stay around a family. Such activities will help reduce the large population. The well trained, will go back and stay with their families.

State Policy

The state policy, such as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, has helped in the reduction of large population at 'Neighbor To Family.' The large population has different people with different problems. Therefore the state has the power to legislate new laws and regulations that will help the needy children (Neighbor To Family, 2019) . The government requested the family, neighbors, and friends to assist in providing childcare. The number of needy children and the government wants the community to take it as their responsibility to take care of the needy. The campaign was named the 'Friend, Family, and Neighbor Child Care (FFN care).

Federal Policy

Federal police, for example, "Family First Prevention Services Act," gives the family the power to take care of the child. When the first family plays their role in taking care of the children, then the number of children who will be at children care centers will reduce drastically. The move by the California official to increase the family size will reduce the amount. The extended families will take care of these needy children. Close family members can take good care of the child than the stranger. The federal policies help to reduce the vast population. They carry out their activities by creating the laws that prevent people from needing to go to childcare intuitions such as 'Neighbor To Family.'

How is this policy impacting human rights and social justice at the individual or systems level?

Local Policy

Strengthening the families under family law act policy at 'Neighbor To Family' has been in line with international human rights and social justice (Regina, 2018). United Nations convention, which talks about the rights of Child under the UNICEF, addresses the Family Strengthening. They advocate for the training and counseling of the children. The whole-family approach ensures the children do not feel neglected in the society.

State Policy

The state policy, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, for instance, the legislation of the children rights ensure that they fall under the conventional human rights. In the United States, through international human rights laws, the government provides for the parents' support. The families need to take care of the children at their homesteads. Such activities will help most of the families to stay together.

Federal Policy

A federal policy like as "Family First Prevention Services Act," is the law that was created to ensure the children at 'Neighbor To Family,' are socially satisfied. At the same time, the action is in line with international human rights for the children. The best social site for a child is next to their families. The federal government is very ready to help any family for them to take care of their needy child.

Assessment of the social welfare and economic policies that impact the delivery and access to social services your agency provides

Social welfare policy, such as keeping the children at 'Neighbor To Family' together, helps to run them effectively. The policy helps the children to bond together, improving their social lives with other people. The economic policies of 'give $20 for 20 years' create a slogan that encourages people to donate. The amount sounds little for twenty years, but when many people donate. The finances donated by the public will run the activities at the agency as well as uniting people together.

Identify a policy being considered in your state and how you believe the policy would impact your clients' well-being and the services your agency provides.

From the state of California, there is a policy that extends the size of the family. The state said that extended families are essential in our lives. Extended families will increase the size of the people who can take good care of needy children (Bloom, & Phillips, 2017) . When the 'Neighbor To Family' adopts, the policy will help in improving the social lives of the children. The number at the agency will also reduce as people who thought they did not have families will still be having families.

What barriers to client involvement in social policy formation do you foresee? How would you address these barriers?

Some barriers from the client side may affect the social policies at the agency. Some children have terrible social characteristics (Velleman, & Orford, 2013) . When they are put together with the other children, they can affect their social lives. To reduce such adverse effect, the agency should come up with measures to identify such type of children. They should be separated from others and undergo individual counseling. After they have changed, they can now be mingled with the other children.

Reflect on the social work values that are most central to you. In an ideal world, what social policy would you like to see? What need would that social policy address? What would it take to advocate for policies that advance human rights and social, economic, and environmental justice?

Integrity is the best social value that helps me deliver my social work. In an ideal world, the social policy that will help the world to move forward will have to be related to integrity (Hugman, & Carter, 2016) . The social policy will be to deliver our services ethically, by our organization ways and safe. The policy will address our ethical backgrounds as well as the agencies values. To advocate for the advanced human rights policies, social, economic, and environmental justice, we will need to work according to the human rights rules. Our integrity will also help to achieve all that is required in the social world.
