The main aim is to remain shut until the virus transmission rate has declined to what they consider a safer level. Moreover, the teachers have demanded for a role in the process of determining between individualized and remote learning.
I believe that I am capable of providing some form of influence on the existing policies regarding in-person and remote learning in future. Giving teachers sufficient assistance in conducting online lessons, along with proper equipment in order to have their freshly adapted school procedures work faultlessly would aid in providing them with the necessary tools to prosper working from home. Furthermore, the utilization of smaller in-person schoolrooms and perhaps on boarding some additional substitute tutors to take possession of these smaller groups would offer teacher’s the comfort they require to minimalize the spread of the disease. However, they will continue to assisting in the learner’s teaching.
