The American education system has been on top over the past few decades, but the system might be experiencing some shortcoming over the coming years. Primarily, the system has stopped working, it is broke, aged and declining. Moreover, the country has a lot of mess on its hands. Secondly, most schools are closing now and then. This has mostly affected the public schools where most of the schools have found themselves in the chopping block. The community, parents and the students have felt the wrath of the failing education system with the school's boards quick to cite the unbiased numbers ( Deming & Figlio 2016 ). This is the correct way to fight the falling education more should be done especially from the government side as this system is affecting the less fortunate in the society and the effects will be adverse shortly is measures are not put in place to control the closing of public schools. This is an unfortunate trend for the education system, and much attention should be focused on the crowded schools as the learning process has become tougher.
The advantage of the American education system is that creativity is acknowledged at early stages ( Deming & Figlio 2016 ). Most education systems around the world are mainly focused on the academic results on the student, but the American system can identify talents and nature it for later success. This is to inform of sport and music where people with such skills are encouraged to come out, and they have the support of the school and the community.
In conclusion, American education system needs some review to eradicate the forces that are pulling it backward. Such factors as overcrowding, closure of public schools, and parents inclusion in the success can be solved to ensure the success of the system. Similarly, if such shortcomings can be resolved the American education system will regain its top position in producing one of the best students in the world.
