Several explorations have been conducted on the topic of human sexuality. However, none of them has properly focused on the various ways that human sexuality is involved in determining how people sexually express themselves. According to this research, human sexuality involves the erotic, emotional, and behavioral aspects of a person. Furthermore, the findings show that human sexuality can be fulfilled by utilizing various types of relationships, such as monogamy and non-monogamy. The main objective of this research is to determine the benefits of consensual non-monogamy relationships. Specifically, it focuses on the significance of consensual non-monogamy relationships. In this context, consensual non-monogamy is a relationship culture in which the people involved in it mutually agree not to have a single partner. Therefore, all the individuals involved in such a relationship are fully aware that it is not a monogamous relationship. The research has employed a systematic review to analyze the major significance of consensual non-monogamous relationships. Several research sources were used, and all the findings were qualitatively synthesized. The research showed that constant direct communication among partners in a consensually non-monogamous relationship is a factor of great significance. It also showed that people in this kind of relationship spend more time communicating than engaging in sexual activities. Through open and honest communication, partners can learn the different ways they can embrace to rekindle their romance. The research has also revealed that consensual polyamorist partners experience minimum jealously that is connected to relationship issues. Consensual non-monogamy also creates room for a meditative transition in case the partners break up. In conclusion, further analysis showed that consensual non-monogamy relationships provide a sense of self-discovery and negotiations that are of great significance to the partners. Therefore, couples can learn how to distinguish their wants and interests from the relationship. Further studies need to be done to expound on other critical components of this discourse.
