Disordered eating is the scope of irregular eating patterns to maintain or achieve certain body weight. Avoiding some foods or eating less with a mindset that such will yield the best results (Guarda, 2021) . Most athletes are victims because they want to maintain the weight standards embraced by their coaches, forgetting their bodies are denser than a non-athlete. In addition, manyIn addition, many athletes avoid energy intakes to better their performance, achieve weight instructions of a particular sport, and sustain their appearance.

The current focus on obesity leads to an increase in eating disorder cases since nobody wants to be a victim. For instance, an energy shortage occurs when an athlete's diet yields intangible energy to support health, daily activities, personal growth, and sports (Wesely-Casella, 2015) . Such situations due to mismanaged athletic schedules to lose bodyweight faster. The combined effect of food shortages and dehydration impairs physical performance. The eating disorders arise because the body needs to increase muscle strength, increase anaerobic power and increase endurance capability.

Many people commonly turn to friends and fashion trends to identify ideal and preferred bodyweight and appearances. Society has set unrealistic body weight standards specifically for women. Movies, television, and magazines pass the message that being thin is beautiful and accompanied by happiness. Media have a tangible impact on people's weight worries and eating habits but negatively affect the youth, children, and adolescents (Whitney & Rolfes, 2018, p. 231). I know people who have eating disorders due to the effect of peer groups, joining gymnastics but later failing in training. Due to personal reasons, the individuals have not committed to receiving treatment. The best way to approach people with eating disorders is to identify the disorder's issues and find healthier ways to help. Avoiding the use of force but instead offering support and encouragement is essential for recovery.

Reduced weight anorexia nervosa is solved by gaining weight using strength training and increasing the energy intake to support the exercise. People with bulimia nervosa need regular eating trends, with regular exercise programs proving vital (Whitney & Rolfes, 2018, p. 236). In addition, psychic health professionals should be in the treatment groups to help sort addiction and depression.
