The current job market has become competitive and tight for the jobless individuals since the number of people in the education market is increasing at a high rate where every person who is ready to work aims at finding a rewarding career opportunity which will lead to the success of the individuals. Also, the individuals need a well-paying job as soon as they graduate to the job market. The dreams of a rewarding career and a well-paying job are more likely to fail because the current job market it is hard to get a well-paying job or a rewarding career opportunity. People are trying to comprehend the challenge by walking to the recruiting agency’s receptions which are broadly available in the cities and nations worldwide. Nevertheless, some individuals who are considering the need for agency in solving the problem, walks in several gates of the current industries in the streets and cities of a country. On the other hand, employers are in need of more suitable employees such that they have to select people whom they believe that they satisfy the standards of the company by assessing their skills and capability in the most conventional method of interviewing.

People walk to interview rooms thinking that they are the best among the available interviewees and after the examination letters are sent to the participants informing them about their progress in the meeting. The letters are usually for appreciating the individual’s participation in the interview and not the indication of their success in the assessment since in every interview the rate of turnover is high as compared to the opportunities available. Besides the employees considers academic qualification and professional qualification when determining the eligibility of an individual in the open working position. The factor of formal and professional qualification is essential in specializing the participants according to the fields they can produce better. Nevertheless, interviewers regard numerous achievement of the individuals since they believe that people with significant progress have experience in various production areas and are more suitable to an organization as compared to people with less achievement or no performance at all.

Ethics plays a vital role in the success or failure of a person in an interview since there is a universal recommendation way of dressing for different types of meetings which depend on the sex of the respondent. Also, dressing makes an impression on the interviewer before the defendant says even a single word. For instance, it is advisable for individuals who are attending the first interview to dress in a manner that are professionally suitable to the position for which the person is applying. Besides the way of dressing for the second interview has not to be different from the first meeting since the individual who dresses casually for the second assessment are more likely to fail as compared to those who are dressing professionally.

Employers recognize people who are friendly at job interview than those who are not friendly in the exercise since interview is not only about the meeting room. In many cases, people fail interviews before they enter an interview room because the assessment of individuals includes the way they are conducting themselves in the organization and how they relating with others. Furthermore, the body language of a person allows interviewers to know that person is feeling and its crucial in conveying friendliness with the examiners. Moreover, individuals who smile when an interviewer gives the helpful information are more likely to pass the interview as compared to those who glare. The smile symbolizes the ability of an individual to work together as a team with other co-workers and accepting corrections in cases of errors.
