Insights and Strategies for Successful Modeling of Behaviors and Depositions

The successful modeling and depositions that will be necessary for assisting students and a learning community calls for the incorporation of effective strategies in the learning and studying systems. Effective behavior and deposition strategies play a critical role in supporting the transformation of a member of a community into a learning community with vision and a sense of direction in various aspects of life. Rao (2012) observes that the strategies adopted by teachers towards the success of their students have considerable impacts on the achievements and success levels of those students.

Such strategies include reinforcement of preceding behavioral example where interventions involve cutting and shaping learners’ and student’s ability to cooperate. Students have the tendency of observing the manner in which their teachers and instructors tend to behave and that contribute immensely to shaping their understanding regarding acceptable and unacceptable behaviors. The other strategy is the introduction and use of programs and management systems that focus on individual students. In this regard, every student is observed and evaluated on an individual basis and his or her challenges addressed effectively at a personal level. This allows students to acquire a desired and appropriate direction and purpose in relation to their studies and careers ( Mangal, 2007) .

Current Research Trends on how Students Learn

The present research trends on the learning and adaptation to the latest education programs and curricula by students tend to put a lot of emphasis on the skills of the twenty-first century. As such, most of these trends are considerably technological and their influence on learning and educational performances are turning out to be enduring and persuasive. One of these trends is the digital delivery where students and educators are increasingly using digital platforms in searching and disseminating valuable and reliable information. The other one is the interest-driven trend where education and learning are tailored according to the interests and choices of students and learners. In this case, some of the examples of learners’ attribute across different levels of grades include skills and abilities in critical thinking, ability to handle diverse information as well as skills necessary for solving problems among others. The dynamic nature of classrooms today has largely contributed towards the learning and teaching processes becoming more seamless and more nuanced with a back and forth flow between teachers and students ( Rao, 2012).

Examples of Learning Activities

Appropriate learning activities play a vital role in ensuring that students and learners achieve high levels of levels of success and foster enhanced levels of skills and thinking and learning. The fundamental task of a teacher is to assist and guide students through engaging in learning activities that have a higher likelihood of achieving the desired outcomes. Notably, the learning activities in which a student participates are more important in the learning process than the ones in which a teacher participates. One example of theses learning activities is participation by students and learners in practical group assignments. There is a higher likelihood for this activity to enhance students’ achievement because every member is assigned a specific role to research and present. The other example is a simulation where learners are expected to interact with machines and people in real life situation. This activity is important as allows the learners to develop their critical thinking capacities by reflecting on the consequences of their actions and choices (Mangal, 2007) .

Examples of Learning Technologies

One of the examples of the learning technologies with the ability to enhance the levels of learning for all students is the use of online or virtual learning where learners are technologically provided with opportunities enroll and study various programs without the challenges that come with distance and geographical location. The other example is the ease of carrying out research and literature review through online platforms and libraries thus reducing the time and resources spent on research studies (Rao, 2012) .
