The meeting of approximately 90% of the set-out objectives and aspirations can only be plausible through ideal communication strategies and teamwork. Remaining steadfast and objective to the course with an upright mindset enhances the effective handling of the aspects mentioned above. Working with the off base fire department to meet their Aircraft live five requirements and securing advance training courses to increase the job knowledge /skills within the department requires time-consciousness and being diligent in meeting the deadlines of the diverse jobs to be accomplished (Ward, 2015). I took pride in the fact that the students were able to multitask and perform their roles in lightning speed. It is quite impossible to score a straight A considering 90% of the goals were achieved; hence an A- would be justifiable. I reckon the goals for next year will include adequate training on management of harmful chemicals and firefighting techniques by a readjustment on the policies and procedures of such.
Section 2
Meeting 90% of the goals required a sober approach to accuracy and effective planning. For me, the training schedule formed the bulk of operations to enhance performance. Those mentioned above needed to be flexible to incorporate much-needed changes and meaningful to ensure that the sessions aligned to the course. I forged ahead to put in steps that would benefit all members by creating avenues for engagement of instructors given the changing dynamics that required appropriate adjustments. To achieve an A score would be a falsehood given one would only meet 90% of the set-out goals. The next six years would depict emerging goals such as getting feedback from the trainees construing from the training sessions, developing policies that would ensure the input is put into consideration and improving on instruction techniques to mete out requirements.

Section 3
The firefighters who put lessons learned in training to practice by showcasing basic skills to suppress fire competently met 90% of the goals. Achieving the above-mentioned requires basic comprehension and cognizance of lessons administered during training. I am most proud of my students performing above average with their scores averaging 70% to 90%. Their performance elicited the ability to meet the requirements of the course and excel subject to the practical skills availability that they encompass. I also exemplified the prowess of the students in outlining significant aspects surrounding fire prevention and protection in their reports and discussions. Considering one cannot be 100% perfect, I reckon the best grade would be an A- in the reflection of imperfection. I am of the feeling that next year goals will align to enhancing the sessions held in training tied to fire protection and proper communication to the students on the methodology of constructing plans to prevent destruction by flames.
Section 4
The method to meet 90% of the goals in tasks would require one to show tact in level-headedness concerning policies, procedures, and management. I am proud of the ability of the officers to successfully plan and organize their missions subject to ideal comprehension without much supervision. They would accomplish their tasks in line with their knowledge that proved suitable in achieving the set-out goals and show decorum in seeking assistance in the existence of a blur on steps to take next. The teamwork illustrated by the officers in their operations showcased proper behavior as opposed to individualistic work. The cumbersome procedures and policies elicited consultation which is appropriate in ensuring improvement in career progression (Ward, 2015). Perfection is impossible; hence the best grade would be an A- and D- as the worst. The next year goals will be aligned to command training vis-à-vis intelligence and methodology of controlling communications.
