Title: Unconditional Love
The movie “unconditional Love” was watched from the disc below.
Reflections on my work :
The movie has numerous episodes dominated by wacky comedy which I intend to apply in some of my art pieces. Even though the script is somehow weak, as displayed with the crossbow killer storyline, the actors displayed enthusiastic performances thought the film. The songs used in "Unconditional love" are beautifully composed and sung and the actors gave that needed eccentricity of the plot. There are also some valid philosophical points that I can apply in my art to challenge the comfort of my audience.
The camera perspective in the film is subjective. In my artwork, I intend to blend both subjective, objective and point-of-view perspectives to give my audience a holistic experience.

Title : Rock-A-Doodle
The movie “Rock-A-Doodle” was watched on the disc below.
Reflections on my work :
The overall impression of the film was below my expectations. As a lover of animated films, there are numerous failures and artistic issues that the director failed to address. The characters in the film have speech impediments and this should be improved. Maybe Pinky would be the primary villain while other animals look for Chanticleer to make animation more interesting, with a more clear message to put across. However, creativity in the movie cannot be ruled out. One female character has been dressed provocatively and this creates some sense of humor with the entire production. There are also instances of celebratory drinking and smoking which, arouses the audience.
Even though there are some elements of creativity in the film, the lighting and camera skills are disappointing. I would like to improve my artwork by applying the right camera skills to avoid shaky images seen.
Title: Tarzan 2
The movie “Tarzan 2” was watched on the disc below.
Reflections on my work :
As an animated film fanatic, Tarzan 2 was one of the best have watched. The main character “Tarzan" is likable, charismatic, and loyal to family and close allies. Another likable character in the film is Terk who has some sense of humor. The movie is well animated, has charm and heart in equal measures.
In animation production, voice acting plays a critical part since it dictates the personality and the feeling of the character portrayed and this was exceptionally done in the film. The actor’s voice is versatile and can communicate in varied emotions making the animation one of the best. In my art, I intend to utilize such versatile voices to bring out the right emotions throughout the movie.
Title: Pooh's Heffalump
The movie “Pooh's Heffalump” was watched on the disc below.
Reflections on my work:
Pooh's Heffalump is another animation film with children as the main audience. Nevertheless, the film is boring and lengthy with no specific agenda towards the end. The film plot is thin and I would like to improve on the plot moving forward. Even though the target audience is children, it is possible to produce animations with a better plot.
Besides the plot content, there have been intensive pre-production activities with the movie. This is because the casting, scouting, and crew all performed their assigned tasks as expected. In my upcoming projects, I would like to invest more time in pre-production as this determines the success or failure of film production.
