Subject: Miscommunication issue
Good Morning James,
It has reached my attention that you reported late today. I hope you understand the impact it may have on your work and the company as well. We have a team, and being part of the team as early as anyone else is vital for our productivity rate and to the core of our duties within the organization. It would be better if you can inform the management that you are busy somewhere and you may not be in a position to make it work early.
I have also realized that you did not communicate with your fellow staff when they try to inquire about your reporting time. The intent behind such an act is not clear to me because I hope you understand that we need each other for our success in the company. I also hope that such acts do not showcase any inner frustration with other staff because I have not gotten any report from you complaining of any misunderstanding with any part of the team. It would be better for you to understand that lack of communication or assuming other staff within the organization could culminate into some serious issues which could have a negative impression on the team and the organization's performance.
Delegate your assignment to our experts and they will do the rest.
As the situation stands, I would request to schedule a meeting with you so that we can discuss more on these issues. I would like us to have a talk on your reporting culture and the manner of interaction with other staff within the organization. I hope we will have a productive conversation. Thank you.
Sincerely
On-duty manager
